The garage parking was a great bonus, allowing us to leave the car and explore on foot. Ralph, the host, was attentive and the cottage was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the thoughtful touches like the cream tea on arrival and the clever lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. The storage space in the main bedroom was also appreciated.

I recently stayed at a lovely little cottage in a great location. It was just a short walk to the main town, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The cottage itself was well-equipped with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the spacious wardrobes for storage. The cream tea and milk provided on arrival were a delightful touch. The garage parking was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area by foot, boat, train. The host, Ralph, was fantastic, providing excellent service and helpful advice throughout our stay. I had a wonderful experience at this cottage and would highly recommend it to others.

If I had to mention a drawback, I would say that the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. Additionally, the shower head was not very adjustable, making it a bit difficult to direct the water spray in the shower cubicle.
